Arrowleaf Park is a community designed with you in mind. Our apartments offer comfort and convenience, balanced with affordable rent. Enjoy the perks of our brand new apartments: full and complete kitchens with stainless steel appliances, wood-style vinyl plank flooring and plush carpets, washers and dryers in-unit and large energy efficient windows. Each apartment home includes a private balcony, and our townhouse-style homes will include a front patio and a fenced backyard. Finishes are contemporary and match modern Bozeman.
Located at 1619 Tschache Lane, Arrowleaf Park is close to the best that Bozeman has to offer. Shopping and dining is available on the 19th Avenue commercial corridor right next door as well as on West Main which is less than 10 minutes away. Freeway access from nearby 7th Avenue is easy as well, allowing access to the rest of the Gallatin Valley.
Arrowleaf also shares a site with Perennial Park, an age-restricted senior housing building, as well as two community partners: Family Promise of Gallatin Valley and Community Health Partners of Bozeman.
Family Promise of Gallatin Valley is a non-profit organization working to provide essential services to families, including day care and case management. The facility located on site will include an early childhood education center with room for 96 children.
Community Health Partners provides affordable medical, dental and behavioral health care in addition to other services. They currently have clinics in Belgrade, Bozeman, Livingston and West Yellowstone. The new clinic facility built on site will provide state-of-the-art treatment to patients

Arrowleaf Park is part of an affordable housing program monitored by the Montana Board of Housing. We are able to provide affordable housing for residents whose income does not exceed the maximum allowable income for their household size.
Count the number of people in your household (regardless of age) and find the income requirement that’s listed below the matching household size. The total annual income of your household must be at or below these income limits in order to qualify to live at Arrowleaf. The Income limits are subject to change yearly, so if you do not qualify now, please check back soon or contact us to join the waiting list.
